Mid Level Project Manager

Project Manager - PMP Certified-Mid Level Participates in policy/procedure reviews, change in control activities of any corporate, organization, or department initiative to evaluate impact to current projects in support of planned activity. Advising Executives on the process and how detrimental these changes are. Leads the design process, research administration, monitoring and implementation of departmental/cross-functional projects. Provides project leadership/management. Ensures designated project goals/objectives are accomplished within timeframes/budget constraints/project sponsors are updated. Utilizes mathematical analysis techniques such as CPM, GERT, PERT to manage project timeframes. Determines Work Breakdown Structures to decide resource allocation for the project. Drives to resolution all process related issues through the use of financial/operational/process-impact analysis and the corresponding development of alternatives/recommendations. Creates/manages cross-functional project plan to communicate/track project timelines, milestones, and costs/deliverables. Develops required internal/external communications/training to implement newly defined processes, measurements, reporting/procedures. Defines and publishes process-focused performance metrics including significant service, quality/cost components. Identifies cost risks, schedule risks, technical risks, and quality risks. Works closely with identified project teams to perform detailed analysis and produce reports. Assists department in identifying opportunities for workflow improvement. Project Management Certification program. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, or related field required. Project Management Certification required! Minimum three years project management experience as specified by Project Management Institute standards. Health Care and or other business relevant industry experience is preferred. Knowledge, Skills Abilities: Intermediate knowledge of standard Project Management and also preferably Business Analysis principles and techniques Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities Process improvement, workflow benchmarking and/or evaluation processes
