Business Analyst - Mutiple locations in South West - up to £50k + Benefits
Our FTSE 100 client are looking to bring on 3 Business Analysts to join their busy team.
We are looking for Business Analysts ideally with Data Migration experience particularly in the financial services industry
Working under the Project Manager and/or Lead Analyst's Direction you will:
• Assist in the definition of Data Migration Scope:
• Drive out the data migration requirements.
• Document agreed approach and exceptions.
• Gain Stakeholder sign-off.
• Analyse Legacy Data using Informatica to understand the current data volumes, formats and anomalies.
• Work with source systems analysts to understand the underlying business systems functionality.
• Produce Mapping Specifications.
• Run mapping workshops to ensure that the correct information is captured enabling
• Undertake peer designs reviews as required.
• Assist in the analysis and specifications for data cleansing.
• Analyse exceptions resulting from testing the extract, transformation and load routines and provide solutions.
• Work within the agreed methodology and processes maintaining a high level of quality.
• Understand risks, issues and dependencies relating to the work being undertaken.
