Mining Sales Coordinator Job in Acheson, Alberta Canada

Reporting to the General Manager, Mining Equipment Sales, The Mining Sales Coordinator provides support to the mining sales team. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The Role:
- Works closely with the Accounts Managers and the Advisor of Mining Contracts and Administration, in the preparation of mining quote packages
- Maintains Data base information on sales activities
- Reviews cost calculations and invoices to ensure accuracy
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Intermediate level working knowledge of MS Office programs
- Solid time management, work prioritization and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
