Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced talented Air Conditioning engineer to be mobile throughout the city and South of England. You will be provided with all of the companies benefits aswell as your own van. You should have the full working knowledge in the running and maintenance of all electrical systems and general building services. You will need to fully understand the day to day duties and expectations that would be required within this type of technical and demanding environment and have full self competence.

*F-Gas
*Living near South London area ideally near M25
*7 years experience in AC maintenance and building services
*Driving Licence

Job Title: Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer
Location: Croydon/Epsom M25 area
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Start Date: Oct 2011 Immediately
Contract Type: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Days Mobile

The main line of work is maintenance and we are seeking an experienced air conditioning engineer to be based on a static site in Central London. This client in particular pride themselves on offering a quality high end service to its numerous clients.

Your Duties:

• Fault finding Repair
• Daily reactive and PPM

Essential Requirements

• F-gas
• Air Conditioning Qualification
• Driving Licence
• 7 years within maintenance

• Electrical Qualification
• Apprenticeship Served
