Our prestigious finance client is now looking to recruit a qualified Mortgage Advisor into their rapidly expanding business
Working to source, advice and process mortgage and life applications, the ideal candidate will be highly organised with the ability to plan and manage a hectic workload.
Daily duties will include:
-Chasing cases to completion within satisfactory timescales
-Ensuring all relevant compliance procedures are adhered to throughout - including income verification, ID, suitability letters etc and record keeping
-Ensuring all clients are updated with progress of applications
-Daily use of internal back office system to log business and keep records
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong organisation and planning experience will be essential, as will be the ability to work under pressure to meet targets
Must hold CEMAP or equivalent qualification, have at least 2 years experience as a mortgage advisor and have practiced within the last 3 years.
