Mortgage Arrears Collector
Hays ave been retained by a leading Bank to recruit for Mortgage and collection officials on a 12 month fixed term contract based in Belfast.
The vacancy offers a strong development opportunity in managing personal customers experiencing financial difficulty and for you to manage these relationships to recover and debt.
You will be involved in telephoning customers to seek payment of mortgage arrears, assessing their financial position and determining the right solution for them. You may be required to participate in customer meetings to complete financial reviews and complete financial appraisals.
Requirements
To perform the role effectively you will preferably have a business, commerce or law related qualification. Arrears Management and Collections experience is essential and financial services experience is highly desirable.
