First Continental Mortgage, Ltd. (FCM) is currently seeking highly motivated, qualified individual(s) to fulfill the role of Mortgage Loan Set Up Processor in our Dallas builder partner locations.
FCM s a full-service, FNMA, HUD and VA approved national mortgage lending firm headquartered in Houston, Texas for 20 years with locations in several states. We specialize in partnering with home builders as well as retail production.
Skills:
• Prior mortgage industry experience is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently.
• Must communicate clearly and professionally.
Duties:
• Performs new loan set-up on residential mortgage loans (FHA, VA, Conventional, purchase, refinance) in a quality consistent with all company policies and procedures as well as meeting all regulatory requirements.
• Runs loans through automated underwriting engines
• Sends out borrower disclosures
• Orders tax returns and social security verifications from Rapid Reporting
• Obtains written and verbal borrower verifications
• Updates loan status in mortgage system
• Assists Loan Processors in all aspects of the loan process.
• Other duties as assigned
