Mortgage Operations Supervisor Job in Grand Rapids 49503, Michigan Us
The incumbent is responsible for successfully supervising the processing, underwriting and closing of residential mortgages both porfolio and secondary market saleable. The successful applicant will have 5+ years experience managing others toward a team oriented result. He/she must also be proficient with secondary market guidelines such as FHLMC, FNMA, FHA/VA. Also required are exceptional communication and organizational skills including coaching and delegating as well as a high tolerance for managing stress.
Bachelors Degree required or as a substitute significant management experience. Mortgage AUS system proficiency expected along with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work closely with others in all departments of the organization toward common goals.
