Due to our continued growth, Charter House, a leading design firm and manufacturer of seating and dcor for the quick service restaurant industry, has two exciting opportunities for a STAFF ACCOUNTANT and a PROJECT MANAGER to join our team.
STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Responsible for customer invoicing and reconciliation, assisting with month-end close process, and recording/maintenance of capital project files. Ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting: have experience working independently and in a group. Candidate must also possess excellent computer skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities include coordinating all sales activities from the design stage through manufacturing and installation by acting as a liaison between our outside sales team, clients, contractors, and the various departments at Charter House. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, problem solving, and time management skills. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and computer skills to include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
