McColl’s Transport is one of Australia’s leading Tanker
companies, specialising in the transportation of Bulk Food,
Chemicals and Farm Milk, employing over 450 employees.
McColl’s are currently seeking an experienced operational HR Advisor to join their team in Geelong.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this role is responsible for partnering with the divisional departments of our business throughout Australia to provide effective HR support.
This role will involve a generalist focus on: * Recruitment;
* Injury management and RTW processes; * HR policies and procedures;
* IR and award assistance.
In order to be successful you will require:
* A minimum of 3 - 5 years HR experience;
* Tertiary qualification in HR;
* IR knowledge and experience;
* Be organised and efficient with the ability to prioritise your workload;
* Hold a certificate in RTW co-ordination.
