Naval Architect Team Leader Job in Netherlands
Looking for a role to motivate others within a Naval architect environment?
My client is seeking a highly motivated and highly skilled Naval architect for a team leading role.
You will be working within a world wide team of Engineers to problem solve, trouble shoot and develop engineering to a high specification on a world wide scope.
This role demands a quick thinker with the ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
Projects vary from day to day resolves and successes to ongoing large scale projects.
We offer a challenging position within a dynamic environment.
They expect that you can think creatively at solving technical issues and are well organised. You are communicative, decisive, focused and results oriented set.
HTS Naval Architecture and / or Master Offshore Engineering and least 5 years experience in the industry, complemented by knowledge of stability packages. Knowledge in shipbuilding, Heavy lifting, Crane development is all very good experience in this role.
You will be able to organically grow your team to develop their roles internationally.
Along side the work you put in to develop your team you also will be given room to develop skills of your own, to better yourself and your work in hand and for the future.
