Experience/Required Skill-Set:
Essential
- 6+ years experience in software development, with strong design and OO skills.
- 4+ years experience with an OO language e.g. C++, C#, VB.Net or Java.
- 2+ years experience with MS .Net language (C# or VB.Net).
- Experience designing developing desktop, web, enterprise n-tier applications.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrable communication and client interfacing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and evaluate new technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in producing high quality documentation.
Advantageous
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM, customisation plug-ins.
- SharePoint design development.
- Microsoft certifications e.g. MCTS / MCPD / MCAD / MCSD .Net.
- Microsoft SQL Server skills: Database modelling, optimisations tuning.
- .Net web services.
- SSRS and SSAS.
- Application performance analysis tuning.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deploy complex applications based on Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Sharepoint .Net technologies.
- Deliver high-quality code in adherence with business specifications and internal development naming standards.
- Strong focus on productivity and delivering projects within defined schedules.
- Implement, enhance enforce internal development standards.
- Act as a source of knowledge for other team members.
- Perform RD activities, evaluate products and toolsets.
