This position requires working knowledge of Windows and attention to detail. Job responsibilities include but not limited to: WAN/LAN support; Server/Desktop Support; Patch Management special projects; writing, managing, and analyzing reports. Skills required: 2+ years exp. working in Windows Networking Environment (Server 2008, Windows XP/7); VMWare ESX; Watchguard XTM; Symantec Endpoint; Symantec Backup Exec; 4+ years exp. with desktop hardware installation and maintenance; excellent communication skills, trouble shooting, and analytical skills; relevant Certifications preferred: A+, Network+, Security+, and MCP/MCSA.
