Network Analyst Job in Fort Lauderdale, Florida US

IT Consulting Company looking to add mid-level Network Admin and Support Technicians to help support Broward area as well as Dade County clients. We are looking for an experienced IT Mid-Level Network Administrator/Support Technicians who is professional with excellent customer services skills to join our team that would service/support clients in Broward and Dade. We are looking for Full Time applicants that would primary be onsite at a client location in Hollywood Florida and work on remote clients and travel to local Broward and North Dade clients and/or work from multiple client locations and home. Applicant ant needs a quiet environment at home to possibly work from to speak with clients and work on client pc's at home.

As a Mid-Level Network Admin/Support Rep, your responsibilities would include:

Providing first-level technical support for clients, involving in-depth PC and network troubleshooting remotely from home or office

Driving out to client locations to provide on premise support

Documenting issues and resolutions thoroughly

Taking part in project work, as needed

Being able to work on multiple environments in a fast paced organization

Maintains network performance by installing new software, performing upgrades and maintenance, and repairing LAN/WAN hardware.

The ideal candidate would also meet the following requirements:

At least two years of desktop support experience

College experience in an IT-related field or IT Related Certificates

High-level customer service skills, Resourceful, self-starting professional

Strong desire to establish and maintain relationships

A great attitude, along with proactive problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail

Excellent phone manner, as well as listening and follow-up skills

Strong knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 a must

Experience troubleshooting MS Exchange Environments

Knowledge of POP3 and SMTP e-mail protocols, including troubleshooting e-mail connectivity

Experience in advanced MS Outlook functionality and the protocols involved with connecting to an Exchange mail server and or pop server

MAC knowledge, a plus

Strong Networking knowledge in Troubleshooting, Security, Maintenance, and Network Design
