Network Engineer Job in Melbourne 3000, Victoria Australia
Apex Resource Solutions are delighted to invite applications for a Network Engineer position with a client based in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs. This is a permanent position which would suit someone who holds CCNA certification and has 5+ years experience of network engineering in a government, public sector or utilities environment.
To be suitable for this position you will have an excellent understanding of WAN and LAN networking, and be comfortable in providing support and some design work. You will have extensive experience of Checkpoint (R65, R75) and firewall administration. You will also be managing packet shaping, TCP/IP and monitoring systems so experience within these areas is a prerequisite. Experience with F5 traffic managers, VoIP and Avaya PABX systems is highly desirable.
