New Tax Manager Role - Global Food Manufacturer
This is a NEW Tax Manager position with a Global Food Manufacturer in Northern Colorado with production facilities and 100K+ employees worldwide. This company is the leader their industry. Duties will include, but are not limited to: * Assist with the review of the ASC 740 calculation including footnote disclosures * Assist with the FIN 48 liability calculation including footnote disclosures * Oversee the completion of accurate tax returns in order to optimize the tax obligations of the organization * Conduct research with regard to all tax matters * Assist with all prospective federal and state tax planning * Assist with all tax notices and tax audits As the successful applicant, you will possess the following requirements: * 4-6 years of big 4 public accounting experience preferred or BIG Company experience * Experience with corporate and partnership tax and FAS 109 * BS degree in Accounting * 10+ years tax experience * MBA preferred, but not required * A CPA and MT are preferred * International tax experience is desirable * Minimum 3 years of managing tax accounting staff * Relocation package available
