Niche Investment Manager seeks numerical Real Estate Asset Manager
You will be responsible for the creative Asset Management of part of the rapidly growing portfolio. As well as this you will also support the transaction process.
The role:
- Mathematical analysis and assessment of the existing portfolio and potential real estate investments including creation of financial models (cash flows, IRR and sensitivity analysis).
- Prepare business plans, budget review, lease analysis and hold/sell analysis.
- Constantly identify opportunities to add value and implement capital expenditures projects.
- Active management to ensure early lease renewals and reduction of vacancy.
- Coordination and monitoring of capital expenditures projects.
- Proactive guidance and control of external service providers such as property managers and leasing agents to ensure successful execution of the business plan.
- Preparation of presentations and investment memorandums.
Candidates will ideall have client side experience of shopping centres or multi-let retail properties. Candidates are also expected to have strong analytical skills and be able to construct complex cash flows from scratch, and an excellent educational track record is necessary.
