With a reputation for innovation, product quality and customer service, our client is a highly respected sector leader supplying chilled convenience foods to their enviable customer base.
They are now looking to strengthen the technical department with the appointment of a Night QA Manager. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will oversee the Quality and Hygiene teams during the night shift (8pm to around 3am). The complex and multi-faceted manufacturing process requires a strong direction to the entire technical system – Food Safety, quality assurance, supplier auditing, raw materials and finished product specification. Knowledge of the BRC standards version 5 and Quality Management Systems is essential. There will also be regular front line contact with the major customers.
Having previous quality or management experience gained within a high risk food manufacturing environment, you will be looking to join a company where you can develop, implement and maintain the standards expected by the customers.
