Job Description



  • Has strong leadership skills necessary to successfully administer the facility in accordance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations, as well as, company policies and procedures
  • Have excellent verbal and written communications skills necessary to successfully lead facility
  • Perform duties and responsibilities assigned for the safe and continued operation of the facility
  • Reports directly to the District Regional V.P. of Adventist Care Centers

Licensed Administrator in the state of Kentucky
Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc. that are necessary for providing quality care
Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long term care administration
Ability to deal effectively with staff, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public
Ability to read and interpret financial records and reports
