Off-Shift Production Supervisor Job in Madison, Wisconsin Us

Our client is an easy commute from Madison. The environment has regular exposure to noise, dirt, fumes, heat, and cold.  This position will experience moderate to high physical activity involving routine lifting.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee high volume precision machining and/or foundry production. Provide training, conduct evaluations, maintain safety standards, and assure timely labor and material needs.  Provide technical expertise in resolving production and customer issues and  implement cost saving initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelors degree and 3 plus years or an Associate degree and 7 plus years experience overseeing production in a process or assembly or fabrication or machining environment. Wish list: Continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO 9000,  TS/QS, and GDT.
