After experiencing a sudden surge in growth, a new opportunity for an Office Administrator has arisen to work as part of a small, tight knit team. The position is an ongoing temporary assignment working full time hours in their ideally located Northern suburbs office.

As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all day-to-day administrative requirements including answering all incoming calls, dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail, arranging couriers, updating company databases, taking customer queries and processing all new orders while liaising with the company distributors.

You will also be responsible for processing invoices, raising purchase orders, proofing contracts and agreements, booking flights and accommodation for senior management and offering general assistance in organising catering, events and meetings.

You will have intermediate to advanced Word and Excel skills including a high competency using Excel as a method to create and maintain databases. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work well as part of a close knit team and you will be a flexible individual whom is keen to excel in any role given to them.

You will want to work within a small, dynamic team, be able to use your own initiative and have the ability to prioritise your workload. You will have fantastic communication skills, high attention to detail and the drive and motivation to want to progress in your career.
