Office Assistant Job in Fort Collins 80525, Colorado US

Job Purpose:

Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications; managing receivables and payables; managing customer asset information; supporting CEO/Owner and serving customers.

 

Duties:

 

* Answers incoming calls; route to the appropriate team members; answers customer questions; forwards messages and screens calls to owner.

 

* Prepares and sends invoices to customers.

 

* Performs collections of delinquent accounts.

 

* Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.

 

* Maintains customer asset listings in customer management application.

* Enters receipts; enters vendor bills; prepares vendor payables; prepares sales tax forms.

 

* Provides direct support to CEO/Owner.

 

* Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
