TYPE:              PART-TIME POSITION; WORKS 20 HOURS A WEEK

 

Summary: This position will complete assignments administrative in nature as well as provide support services for the Hatfield location.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·         Enters centralized purchase order requests into JOMAR for the Hatfield location.

·         Enters updates into the COGS database.

·         Scans Quality Assurance specifications into database.

·         Accurately files QA and HR files as directed by manager.

·         Maintains office supply inventory and places the orders as needed.

·         All other duties as assigned by Manager.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A 

 

Qualifications:

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (i.e., Outlook, Word, and Excel).

·         Must have accurate and fast typing skills.

·         Must be deadline oriented with a good attention to detail.

·         Must have excellent communication skills.

·         Must display a proficiency in basic mathematical calculations.

·         Strong problem-solving abilities; logical thinker.

·         Self starter with initiative and a strong work ethic.

·         Strong organizational skills.

 

Education and/or Experience:

·         High School diploma or equivalent (GED)

·         Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in an office environment.
