Job Description-

Key Responsibilities
• Manage bank accounts and all bookkeeping, A/R, and A/P, using QuickBooks Professional edition. Coordinate with accountant for monthly, quarterly, and yearly review of books, as well as preparation of financial reports for Board meetings.

•File monthly tax reports.
• Manage purchasing activities, including approval process, purchase orders, and accounts for service providers, store accounts, credit applications, etc.
• Manage outsourced payroll company. Coordinate new hires for payroll, tax, health insurance, etc. Lead all recruiting efforts, including job postings and candidate pre-screening.
• Make travel arrangements for staff and expeditions.
• Coordinate with Insurance Agent for annual  EO/Workers Compensation insurance audits.

• Replenish office supplies.

Required
• High School diploma
• 5-7 years related work experience
• QuickBooks proficiency

• Experience in startup environment, legal/regulatory compliance, HR/recruiting
