OFFICER (TRADE FINANCE)
Our client is one of the world's leading Shipping, Offshore and Energy banks with more than USD 300 billion in assets and presence in 18 countries. The bank has a Singapore Branch in operation since 1970, while the Shanghai Branch was established in 2006 and the office in Mumbai opened in 2009. The Singapore Branch which has both corporate as well as investment banking activities is responsible for Asia, servicing international shipping, energy and corporate clients.
The client is inviting suitably qualified candidates for the following position:
OFFICER (TRADE FINANCE)
- Minimum diploma holder or relevant trade qualifications
- Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in all Trade Finance Products with in-depth knowledge in the technicalities of the products
- Confident, independent and meticulous in examining trade documents
- Good understanding of relevant trade rules and Swift operations
- Mature with good communication skills and must be able to work independently
- Knowledge in Guarantees and IMEX trade system, an added advantage
Compensation for the position will commensurate with experience and skills. The position offers discretionary bonus based on performance.
