The role deliverables:
- You will be interfacing with Client Coverage to assist in origination, deal pitches and presentations.
- Delivering Term Sheet preparation and negotiation with clients, economic analysis, financial modelling.
- Presentation of the transaction to management and credit committees, and closing all financing documentation.
The role requirements:
- A passion for Quantitative modelling
- Track record within IB OG
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Ideally experience within Reserve Based Lending
Candidates from an Oil and Gas (OG) business who are highly technical will also be considered.
