Responsible for all functions related to electronic creation of an order. Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data into computer in accordance with departmental standards and procedures. Verify data on screen against data on source documents. Additional research functions may be necessary. Must follow through on standard operating procedures, problem-solve, and troubleshoot with minimal guidance. Support and demonstrate solid commitment to customer satisfaction and quality. This position may perform other clerical duties as business needs require. Duties and responsibilities: Enter data into computer in accordance with departmental standards and procedures. Verify data on screen against data on source documents. (95% of time) Perform other clerical duties as assigned. (5% of time)
