Comments: Position is needed to bridge the gap for order processing for legacy CMAI accounts until full transition to the client’s global customer care centers.

Job Description: General Job Duties:
· Assist with order processing on a global basis of all analysis and market report orders to include setting up clients in database, providing client login information, and internal notification and collaboration with accounting to ensure proper invoicing. Ship analysis orders to clients.
· Send out monthly renewal notices reminders and make necessary corrections to billing information.
· Record keeping and filing. Customer service to include database updates and responding to client inquiries and problems.
Required Experience/Skills:
· Strong math skills; Understand basic financial/accounting terms; Basic skills in client management and marketing; Clear written and verbal communication skills; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail; Research skills; Ability to gain understanding of proprietary systems (Sales Logix, SAP, MAS), services, website and website tools; Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
Qualifications:
· Bachelors Degree preferred; 3-5 yrs. of working experience in position with similar duties.
