To maximize profit and minimize losses through proper standards execution in all departments.
Coaching, training, and development of subordinate team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
Food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion control.
Direct attention to sanitation, general cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and unit ambiance .
To hold oneself accountable for overall operational efficiency, thus profitability.
Punctuality, high energy level, an eagerness to learn, and team oriented work ethic are essential.
You must possess the ability to achieve high productivity through others in a positive manner.

Requirements:
A minimum of two years salaried restaurant management experience in mid to high sales
volume full service restaurants.
Two plus years experience in upper level management for fast-casual or quick-service themes.
Prior experience in regard to profit management, cost controls, team building, menu execution.
Proven track record in team development, coaching and mentoring, yet able to take corrective .
action when deemed necessary.
The ability to drive sales and promote profitability while increasing quest satisfaction.
