PA Job in Slough, Home Counties UK

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA who is available to start immediately, working for a large organisation based in Slough

The main purpose of the role is to provide support to the Director of a Corporate Affairs team.

Key responsibilities will include

• Diary management
• Organising travel
• Organisation of incoming information
• Arranging meetings
• Liaising with Key stakeholders, journalist, external agencies and other PA's within the organisation.
• Travel support for all team members
• Email management
• Maintaining a filing system
• Dealing with telephone based enquires
• Handle day to day office duties this will include expenses, taxis, office equipment, stationary
• Ad hoc projects when required
• Liaising with colleagues across the organisation.

Skills and experience

• Excellent organisation skills
• Previous experience in a PA role
• Be able to work to tight deadlines
• Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Language skills preferable (particularly Spanish)
