The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the IT/Facilities Manager with the maintenance and general support of the organization’s systems. Assist with system backups; maintenance of uninterrupted daily operation of the local and virtual private networks, software and related applications.
Must have a minimum of two years of experience within the computer field with a broad base of experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associate’s degree or applicable certification required; must be proficient in Windows Active Directory and server environments with the demonstrated ability to communicate technical information effectively, orally and in writing to a diverse population of computer users with varying abilitiesm have an understanding of the health care information system environment is a plus.
