Location: Preston, Nw
Salary: 18,000.00 - 22,000.00 GBP /year

One of the country`s largest and most experienced providers of outsourced financial administration services, providing pensions administration, annuity payments and administration, pensions payroll, payments and pensions resourcing is looking to take on an experienced Pensions Administrator for the administration of Defined Benefit Pension Schemes.

Duties will include:
- Calculating retirement quotes, transfer in and out, pension increased, leavers and death.
- Processing new entrants, renewals, cheques, invoices and accounting schedules.
- Providing support to Senior DB administrator
- Logging post in and out
- Preparing monthly/ quarterly client reports
- Dealing with member queries.
- Drafting routine correspondence
- Providing on-going training and coaching to trainee administrators
- Escalating relevant issues to the Team Manager/ Operations Manager
- Assisting Senior Administrators with a portfolio of clients/ building client relationships
- Carrying out such other duties and take on additional responsibilities as may be agreed from time to time.
You will have:
- Financial services qualifications
- An understanding/ experience of financial services in the UK
- At least two years` DB knowledge/ experience (6 months mandatory)
- Organisational, numerical and analytical skills
- The ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
- Proficiency in using MS Office
- Client relationship/ business development experience

A competitive salary is being offered of £18,000 to £22,000 a year, + Benefits.
