Job Description About the Role : This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to gain an understanding of the People and Performance group's priorities, their key challenges (both business and people), and work proactively with the People and Performance group to drive practices that will increase the engagement of our people. Some Key Responsibilities: - General administration support for the People and Performance Advisory group including changes to employment conditions and flexible work alternatives - Visa applications - Exit interviews - Facilitating the AECOM induction program on a rotating roster Experience and skills we are looking for: - Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or equivalent - At least one year experience in a similar role - Previous experience in an engineering or other professional consultancy company - Previous experience in working in a business partner model - Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to build rapport with internal and external clients - A pro-active, friendly, approachable and helpful professional attitude and communication style - An ability to successfully manage competing priorities between other team-members and or peers and apply coping strategies during high pressurised timeframes
