Performance Test Engineer Job in St Petersburg 33716, Florida US
ABSi Corporation is seeking a Performance Test Engineer to work onsite in St. Petersburg, FL. This support shall include:
• 6+ years using LoadRunner
• 7+ years as performance engineer
• 5 years as a developer, or
• 5 years as a database administrator
• Other applicable industry skill set
Desirable knowledge/abilities should include:
• Operating systems
• Network operations
• N-tier architecture
• Ad hoc query writing
• Citrix server theory of operations
• Remote Desktop Protocol
• Remote terminal emulation
• Windows conversant
• Ability to navigate within UNIX
• Conversant in ISO and TCP/IP models
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to effectively problem solve through logical thinking
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Leadership role in testing projects
• Determine requirements performance testing project
• Mentoring of teammates
• Script development
• Test planning and execution
• Analyze test results
• Write both high-level and detailed reports conveying analysis and conclusions of test results
• Discuss report in meetings with client
This is a governement contract, which will require US Citizenship.
