A leading and highly respected bank has an opportunity as a Personal Banker based in their North London Branch. The role is a full time permanent position.
As a Retail Banking Personal Banker your role will be to provide an outstanding level of customer service to customers face to face in the branch. You will be conducting “fact finds” with customers to understand their needs, then cross sell a range of products to meet these needs. Taking customers through application processes, carrying out credit checks and referencing to appropriate specialists when required on more detailed products (Mortgages, etc).
Essential Experience
You must come from a face-to-face sales background where you have worked towards sales targets, ideally in Banking or Financial services. However we are also looking for candidates from a phones selling or holiday sales background.
You must be able to pass a credit check (no ccjs, defaults, or IVA’s)
Salary and Benefits
Basic £16,000 – £20,000
