New York City Office
A national leader in the physician recruiting industry is opening a New York City office in addition to the two existing offices in two other cities. With more than 40 years experience, the company continues dynamic growth creating the need for the NYC office.
Our needs span the full range of professionals from researcher, to recruiter to m manager:
Researchers will contact, screen physicians and present practice opportunities to them for consideration;
Recruiters will handle complete full-cycle recruiting, including screening candidates, business development and client management
The Manager will direct office operations including business development, strategic planning, develop and oversee recruitment plans and activities, full responsibility for the success of the office.
You will interact with a large professional group of recruiters, researcher and members of offices in the other offices who provide support, collegiality, assistance and their combined skills all of which add to the positive environment of the company.
There is a strong infrastructure in place that allows you to focus on recruiting and placing doctors. You will enjoy a full array of resources available to you at all times.
You must have strong and solid record of success and documentable achievements; previous recruiting experience (physician ideal), work well within the parameters of a team environment, be motivated and motivating, work well without constant supervision, be creative, intuitive, determined and focused. Your image, style and phone presence will be professional, polite, crisp, engaging and trusting.
