Injection Molding Plant Manager
- Lean Manufacturing Principles
- Injection Molding Experience is required
- Six Sigma training
- ISO 9100 or ISO training
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience
Demonstrate experience of:
- Daily/weekly production output targets
- Scrap levels are in line with annual/quarterly targets
- Customer priorities are handled promptly
- Budget Management
- Monitor and manage staff
- Communication is prompt, clear and direct
- Develop longer term production lean capability
- On time delivery
