Portfolio Director – Renewable Energy recruitment
Our client is one of the UK’s fastest growing asset management businesses and is regarded as one of the leading investment companies operating in its market. The business invests across a broad range of sectors in the UK and Europe including renewable energy. The renewable energy team is responsible for leading investments across a range of renewables sub-sectors and has a portfolio of circa £500m. As this portfolio continues to expand there is a need to hire a director with project finance and renewable energy experience.
As Portfolio Director you will be responsible for looking after a portfolio of renewable energy investments. You will manage a team of Portfolio Managers and will be responsible for establishing internal and external systems, processes and reports. You will understand commercial issues and there impacts as they arise and be able to deal with these accordingly.
Suitable candidates will have experience in project finance portfolio management, ideally with some renewable energy experience. They will be able to demonstrate a track record of successfully managing a portfolio team.
