Portfolio Monitoring Administrator

In EMEA the CCR PMAs are arranged by industry and each manage independently a portfolio of clients. There are 11 PMAs in the EMEA CCR team.

Responsibilities

*Create the credit administrative pages of credit approval documents and undertake data verification checks.

*Act as an intermediary, liaising between a number of different departments globally and the Credit Officers.

*Investigate and resolve incoming queries relating to exception reporting.

*Assist with legal document archiving.

*Participate in ad hoc credit administrative tasks and projects.

Requirements

*Relevant experience in a credit environment

*Ability to work independently.

*Ability to learn multiple systems quickly. Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

*Accurate with attention to detail.

*Excellent written skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

*Team player, results-oriented, shows ability to adapt and is able to work under pressure.

*Demonstrates time management and can prioritise workload.

*Aptitude to take on additional ad hoc initiatives outside of normal day to day activities.
