Product Control/Fund Accountant
This role is a newly created role in a flat structure where our client is looking for an individual who can help them ensure they have a more robost product control function.
Our client is looking for individuals that have strong academic pedigree and ideally a mathematically pedigree as will need to be to understand financial products from first principals when building the PL
Essentially if have detailed financial product knowledge and understand what financial models are used when valuing options or swaps then this could be an excellent role to apply for if you currently work in a hedge fund. Candidates from a bank may also be considered but preferred profile is someone from a hedge fund.
This hedge fund will offer both a chance to develop your career in a challenging and fast paced middle office function where if you prove yourself there are genuine career opportunities both in the firm and in your long term career in the hedge fund industry.
