The University of the South Pacific (USP) and the Australian government, in consultation with Pacific Island partners, have established the Pacific Islands Centre for Public Administration (PICPA) at the USP campus in Suva, Fiji. The Centre started work in August 2011. It is a demand-driven, long-term, capacity-building project to promote effective, efficient and equitable public service delivery in the Pacific; Islands. Its main focus is on the capacity of mid to junior levels of the core public service in the 15 island countries.

Our client PICPA, is seeking up to six full time Advisers to be based in Suva, Fiji initially for 2 years and who will be available to provide advice and mentoring to
