Qualified Accountant – Investment Fund recruitment
The Opportunity
Our client is a well established Financial Services Firm with operations worldwide. Due to further growth, the firm now has a rare vacancy for a qualified accountant to join the team at their London office (c.75 staff). In this role, you will be leading a small team of accountants responsible for the financial analysis and MI for the Private Equity portion of a substantial investment fund. You will also be responsible for developing the team and carrying out their appraisals as and when is necessary. This role reports into the Director for this remit.
Your Profile
The client is ideally looking to meet with ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CA qualified candidates who are looking to move away from audit into a more analytical role. Likewise, the client is also open to meeting candidates who have strong management accounting/financial analysis experience from the Financial Services sector. Management/supervisory experience will be a distinct advantage. Strong Excel skills are highly desirable. The client is looking for very good interpersonal and communication skills along with a strong record of academic achievement.
