R&D Project Manager Job in Hull HU11AA, Yorkshire UK
My client is a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer based in the North East. Due to continued growth they now have an immediate requirement for an experienced RD Project Manager to join their team.
Reporting into the relevant RD OTC Manager you will offer support to the RD Managers in project leading key initiatives in order to deliver consumer brand offers including "first market" RD. You will create and manage key project management documentation such as milestone charts, plans and budget trackers. You will be involved in the day to day management of specific project budgets both internally and externally and offer support the RD manager as required.
A strong understanding of all RD functions and supply is required as well as the ability to deal with complex and ambiguous situations is required to be successful in this role as well as being able to adapt and adjust to changing situations.
It is envisaged that the ideal candidate will be educated to degree level in a technical subject coupled with significant experience in project management and product development.
As an individual you will be self-motivated with excellent planning and organisational skills. You will have the confidence to lead FMEA project analysis within functional teams and asses project risk. You will have strong analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
