Retail Credit Operation

A leading financial institution with a strong background in Retail and SME banking, the bank has a global presence and is regarded as one of the best employers of choice in the industry.

The bank is currently seeking for an assistant manager to join their Retail / Micro Business Credit Operation Team. The team you manage will be responsible on credit application processing, performing credit review for the front line. You will be responsible to make sure agreement between the business line and the operation team are being fulfilled. Improving overall team efficiency, measuring staff performance and capacity allocation.

To be qualified for this role, you must have at 5 years experience in retail / SME banking. Familiar with credit application procedure. Bachelor degree and fluency in Chinese and English is essential. MBA degree and Six Sigma background will be held in high regard.

*This position is base in Guangzhou China open for overseas Chinese returnee who has the described experience
