The Role:
In this management role you will be responsible for designing, maintaining and overseeing the end to end risk governance, risk management and capital framework for the Company’s corporate and retail savings business commensurate with its evolving business model.
You will provide focused risk consultancy and assurance activity which enables the business to execute its corporate wrap platform strategy safely and for it to address business driven requirements. In addition you will plan, execute and refresh regular Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment (ICAAP) exercises, in respect of operational risk, as required by the Statutory Board.
Additional duties will include designing, maintaining and overseeing the application of a robust and dynamic Risk Policy and Appetite framework aligned to the respective Statutory Boards’ requirements.
