RN License
Functions as a member of the multidisciplinary Core team using standardized procedures to independently provide examination, evaluation, and recommend treatment for patients. Also provides nursing assessments, patient education and case management for patients with complex conditions. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse Practitioner in the State of California, Current license to furnish medications in the State of California and Healthcare Provider American Heart certification required.
