The Recruiting Manager reports to the Division Director and is primarily responsible for the following:
- Use his/her proven financial background to develop and grow his/her own client base by marketing our services for a variety of accounting and financial roles.
- Market to clients via telephone as well as conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of marketing our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
- Recruit, interview and place highly skilled accounting/finance professionals.
- Solidify Robert Half Finance Accounting’s presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
- Provide the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.
