Root Cause Analysis Intern
Tasks: - Opens, sorts, and distributes mail. - Processes routine items and records. - Answers phones and takes messages or provides information. - Operates various office equipment. - Assists with projects to ensure deadlines are met. - Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. General Overview of Position Database design, reporting, and technical Analysis Specific Position Responsibilities Duties - Provides guidance and recommended solutions to complex technical issues during the RCA analyses phase - Acts as an advocate for RCA procedures, policies, and processes. - Creates data and metric systems to track RCA workflows; - Identifies and isolate issues - Provides input to engineering and vendors on defects and required enhancements Requirements Requirements: - High School or Equivalent - - - Generally requires 0-2 years related experience Qualifications/Skills Required - Comfortable with interfacing with other internal or external organizations regarding failure and incident response situations - Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences - rm understanding databases and application layers. - oven analytical and problem solving ability.
