Production and plantation of physical rubber for sale with counterparties across the Asia-Pacific region
Optimisation of the factory manufacturing processes distribution to maximise revenues
Develop relationships with range of trading counterparties across Asia and the Chinese market specifically
Working closely with business development, trading and sales teams
Skills / Attributes required Rubber Operations Manager (Natural Rubber), Malaysia, Salary: Market Competitive, (Rubber, Soft Commodities, Chemicals, Physical, Asia, Malaysia, Operations, Natural Rubber) role:
A minimum of 3 years experience working in a commercial role within the rubber market
Physical rubber operations experience
Be ideally fluent in both English and Mandarin
Be willing to be based in Malaysia
