Senior Accountant / SEC Reporting Analyst

This position drafts external financial reports filed with SEC, financial information for press releases and presentations, and financial compliance reports. Maintains and prepares schedules supporting external reports and disclosures. Reviews peer group disclosures to ensure consistent and adequate financial reporting. Coordinates information requests for annual audit, quarterly reviews and other engagements and provides assistance to external auditors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assists in drafting of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and registration statements), press releases, and other financial compliance reports, including preparation of financial information for footnote disclosure.
* Maintains schedules supporting external reports and disclosures and ensures the accuracy of schedules prepared.
* Reviews financial information contained in presentations made by management
Education and Experience requirements:
*Accounting/Finance or related degree.
*Minimum 1-2 years public accounting or SEC Reporting experience.
*Working experience with Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements and related SEC regulations.
*Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
*Certified Public Accountant.
